I’m Bryce Hanke, President of BRH Enterprises, a trusted contractor specializing in roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and doors. My journey in the industry began at the age of 16 when I started working hands-on in roofing and construction. Those early experiences ignited a passion for craftsmanship and customer service, which motivated me to found BRH Enterprises with my father, Andy Hanke. Together, we established a clear vision: to build a business known for its unwavering commitment to quality, integrity, and innovative solutions for both residential and commercial clients.
Over the years, I’ve dedicated myself to cultivating a company that not only delivers excellent results but also builds long-lasting relationships with our clients. My role as president has allowed me to combine my passion for the craft with my drive to ensure every project is completed to the highest standards. I’m proud of what we’ve built at BRH Enterprises, and I’m excited to continue pushing the boundaries of what we can achieve as a team.
When I’m not at the office or out on the field, I’m an avid outdoorsman. I find peace and inspiration in nature, whether it’s hunting, fishing, or simply enjoying the outdoors. These activities provide a great balance to the demands of running a business and remind me of the importance of hard work, patience, and dedication - values that I carry with me both at work and in life.

I’m Andy, a Sales Leader at BRH Enterprises, a company I co-founded with my son, Bryce, 10 years ago. My journey in the construction industry began at the age of 8, working alongside my father on various projects like pouring concrete. I worked every summer, learning the ropes and gaining hands-on experience in the field. By the time I graduated high school, I was working full-time, and over the years, I built a solid foundation of knowledge in all aspects of construction. For 40 years, I’ve had the privilege of working on both commercial and residential building projects, including remodels and new construction.
I spent 20 years as a union cement finisher while also working for a small company where teamwork was essential - and we all shared responsibilities to ensure that each job was done right. Afterwards, I decided to further my education by going back to school in my 40s to earn a business degree—furthering my ability to help clients and make more informed decisions.Now, as a sales representative at BRH Enterprises, I find the greatest fulfillment in working with homeowners and businesses to help them make the best choices for their home exteriors.
Whether it's roofing, siding, gutters, or windows, my extensive background in construction allows me to offer expert guidance that ensures every client gets the right solution for their needs. Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my family, which is always my top priority.

I’m Jessie, the Sales Manager at BRH Enterprises, where I have the privilege of overseeing our talented sales team and working to find innovative ways to improve our processes. With a diverse background in math and science, I’ve been able to utilize my abilities for the past 5 years working in roofing. My goal is to foster an environment where collaboration, communication, and customer satisfaction are at the forefront of everything we do.
My leadership approach is focused on developing a high performance, result driven environment where each team member feels supported and motivated. I lead by example, ensuring my team is equipped with the tools, knowledge and resources needed to succeed. I am always looking for new ways to enhance team development, improve organizational processes and contribute to the overall success of the company. I am proud to be part of a close-knit, family-owned business where every team member is valued, and we work together to create lasting success.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my dogs, who never fail to bring joy and energy to my life. I’m also currently focused on renovating my new house, and I love the challenge of transforming a space to make it uniquely mine. I find a lot of satisfaction in seeing a project come together! When I need to unwind, I turn to puzzles - there’s something about piecing together a challenge that helps me clear my mind and relax.

Hi, I'm Lon Koenig, a sales representative with BRH Enterprises. With over 35 years experience in the construction/home improvement industry you could say there's not much of it I haven't personally done. I’m currently focused on claim assistance, and am passionate about helping homeowners get the most possible out of their insurance claim. This involves building good working relationships with adjusters and I can say I've developed friendships with many of them, which only helps you.
I really enjoy sitting down and helping you reimagine what your house will look like once our crews fulfill your dreams. I work closely with clients to ensure that every detail is considered, and that the final result is something you’ll love and be proud of. It’s incredibly rewarding to be a part of the transformation process, and I’m committed to making sure you feel supported every step of the way.
When I'm not working, I enjoy motorcycling, hunting, and golfing and I'm happy to have a discussion with you on any subject. You can call me anytime, I’m always happy to chat and assist in any way I can.

My name is Ben Madell and I have been employed by BRH Enterprises for 6 years. Throughout my time here I have worn many hats, however my true passion is for customer service. I love having the opportunity to bridge the gap between homeowners, installers, and insurance companies. I am devoted to making sure there is a sense of understanding between all parties and making this process as painless as possible for all. Whether it's before, during, or after the job, I am always just a phone call away, ready to help with any questions or concerns.
What drives me is knowing that I’m helping to make a sometimes complicated process easier for everyone. I take pride in being someone our clients can rely on for clarity and support, and I’m committed to providing an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Outside of work I find my passions close to home; God, Family, and the Green Bay Packers. Look for me and my family around the local picnics and concerts around Dodge County.

With 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, I understand the importance of providing honest, transparent, and credible recommendations when it comes to roof and siding damage. I know how critical it is to trust the process when dealing with repairs or claims, and I’m always here to provide clarity, answer questions, and assist with the claims process from start to finish.
When I’m not inspecting roofs or meeting with adjusters I enjoy going to the gym and gaming. I also like traveling where I can enjoy outdoor activities like cliff jumping.

With 24 years of experience as a truck driver and the past decade spent working in roofing, I bring a wealth of hands-on knowledge to every client interaction. My driving experience prepared me for helping anyone in our service areas and honed my ability to meet deadlines with accuracy.

I’m Ruben, the Production Manager at BRH Enterprises. Since joining in 2021, I’ve played a key role in the expansion and ongoing commitment to excellence; overseeing production schedules, quality control, and driving innovation to meet our customers' evolving needs. At BRH, we prioritize customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, ensuring that our products meet or exceed expectations. I work closely with leadership and the production team to optimize resources, improve efficiency, and deliver high-quality results.
In addition to managing production schedules, I also monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure that all regulatory standards are met. Constant communication with the sales and customer service teams helps ensure that the company can quickly respond to any changes in customer demand, keeping BRH Enterprises nimble and adaptable to market needs. As part of a company that values integrity, teamwork, and accountability, I’m proud to contribute to its ongoing success.
Outside of work, I enjoy sports, particularly soccer and football, which reflect my passion for teamwork and strategy. I also enjoy spending time with family and staying active in the community.

Hello, I’m Tim Stenz, the Project Manager at BRH Enterprises. I oversee a wide range of tasks, including material deliveries, coordinating and performing repairs, and conducting final walkthroughs with our clients. I take great pride in making sure you are satisfied with the final product and that everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Having 30 years of previous experience working with garage doors, my expertise in the field of home exterior development has been honed to provide homeowners and businesses with thorough, knowledgeable, and reliable solutions. My background in the industry gives me a deep understanding of the complexities of home exterior work, and I’m committed to making sure every project is executed with precision and care. Whether it’s resolving challenges, keeping projects on track, or ensuring quality results, my goal is to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible for our clients.

My name is Laurie Scheberl, and I have been the office manager at BRH Enterprises LLC for the last 5 years. My job at BRH is to organize and coordinate office administration and procedures. I also manage the human resources aspect of the office. I am responsible for developing inter office communication, streamlining workflow and staff supervision. Prior to joining BRH I worked in the insurance industry for 13 years and in healthcare for 10 years.
As with all other staff members at BRH Enterprises LLC it is our goal to strive for excellence and make sure that our customers have a rewarding experience with us. My primary goal is to create a well-organized environment where our team can perform at its best, ultimately providing an outstanding experience for our clients.
When I am not working, you can find me enjoying the outdoors with my grown children and grandchildren or baking in the kitchen.

I’m McKayla, the Receptionist and Administrative Assistant at BRH Enterprises. I’m the first point of contact for all of our customers, and I take pride in ensuring their needs are met from start to finish. With a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service, I handle everything from scheduling appointments to offering updates and answering any questions about our services.
My goal is to make sure every customer feels confident and informed throughout their home improvement projects, and I work hard to ensure each experience is smooth, transparent, and stress-free. By maintaining clear communication and staying committed to quality service, I strive to ensure that every project is handled seamlessly.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, spending time with my family and dogs, and I’m passionate about serving my community. Building strong relationships and making a positive impact, both professionally and personally, are things I truly value. I look forward to working with you!

My name is Kaylie McGonagle, and I'm the Estimate Specialist Supervisor at BRH Enterprises LLC. My role allows me the privilege of overseeing our estimating department as we provide our homeowners with the information, clarity, and guidance they need to navigate their home restoration, all while delivering them a quality experience. My responsibilities include estimating project costs, communicating with homeowners and their insurance companies to reach proper indemnification, and developing and implementing departmental strategies and processes that align with our core values and mission.
Ultimately, my goal is to bridge the gap between the homeowner and the insurance company, so they can receive the support they need to restore their property. I take great pride in advocating for our homeowners, helping them understand the often-complicated insurance process, and ensuring they receive fair compensation for any repairs or replacements required. Whether it’s submitting supplemental claims or negotiating with insurance adjusters, we're here to guide you through every step.
Work life balance is incredibly important to me, so working for a family-owned company who shares these same values has been crucial to fulfilling my duties to those who seek our services. When I'm not in the office you can find me playing the piano, creating art, golfing, and spending time with my loved ones.

This experience has been incredibly valuable when working with home insurance companies, as I’m able to provide precise and reliable estimates for our clients. I’ve developed a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of how to navigate the complexities of insurance claims, ensuring a smooth process for our customers.
In addition to my role at BRH, I’m currently pursuing a degree in software engineering. I’m always looking to expand my skill set and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and methodologies. Hi! I’m Liz, the President’s Assistant at BRH Enterprises, where I juggle a little bit of everything to keep the gears of the company turning smoothly. I oversee the office email and am often the second point of contact on our office line. I take great pride in keeping our clients informed, no matter how small the question is. I also take care of our social media accounts and help with marketing, so if you’ve seen a post that made you smile (or even better, book a project), there’s a good chance it came from me!
I may not be brave enough to get onto your roof, but I’m always working to ensure that BRH Enterprises stays connected with our clients and community. Whether it’s sharing updates or spreading the word about our latest and greatest projects, I’m passionate about helping our brand grow and reach new heights.
Outside of the office, I’m a creative spirit at heart. I’m deeply involved in music, writing, and performing, and I’m a proud member of a Pink Floyd cover band. Music is my way to unwind, stay inspired, and get those creative juices flowing - and I bring that energy right back into my work at BRH Enterprises. I also enjoy art, antiques, and alliteration!
