I knew I had raccoon damage to the ridge cap shingles and I was having problems getting the roofer I used in the past to do the small repair. BRH billed me for the materials and a couple of days later the job was done. I now have a new roofer and you should use them too. By the way, I carefully watched the BRH crew do a tear-off and re-roof across the street and I was really impressed at how hard they worked and the job they did. No loud music, no little plastic strips blowing around the neighborhood, no dumpster in the driveway for a week. Following two very significant Wind / Hail Storms, our roof was left in critical condition. BRH did a free inspection and agreed that our Roof needed to be replaced. They did an on-site meeting with the insurance adjuster and our claim was approved. They helped us select replacement shingles and scheduled a crew to do the work. Excellent customer service & work - Sorry - this is long review. Work done in Northern WI. We had a lot of hail damages in our area - we got hit with hail on two different occasions within a few weeks. I had someone stop by from BRH asking if I was interested in them taking a look at my roof to see if there was any damage. I had not contacted them and quite frankly was skeptical - are these just a bunch of storm chasers that will get the money from my insurance company and then do shoddy work. I did some research on them and everything looked good. So I thought, let's do it - Bryce (owner from BRH) met with the insurance adjuster and they inspected the roof together. This is when BRH (Bryce) really shined in my opinion. Bryce was not pushy or vocal with the adjuster. They just worked together - granted the damage was pretty apparent. The adjustor actually found some damaged siding that BRH repaired. At this time, I had not committed to anything with BRH (Bryce was not pushy to me either). I talked with the adjuster later to ask about BRH and his impression of Bryce - he had not heard anything negative about BRH and thought Bryce was excellent. So I signed up, it took my adjuster/insurance company some time to get everything to me. I worked directly with Bryce and later with Laurie in the office. Laurie and I had to work with insurance on getting everything settled and she was very patient also. The crew got it all done within 1 day (I have a large roof and separate garage). They had a crew who finished up at a location close and called them over to help. The crew was top notch, they worked well - actually they were singing songs and having a great time working. I've had other roofing jobs done and they seemed to take a week. They cleaned up well and I found maybe one or two nails in the rocks but I really searched to even find those. Everyone was top notch. I am a very happy customer.
