We needed a roof repair as soon as possible, and they fit us in as soon as possible. They did great work at a good price. They were very professional throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this company. When my basketball hoop got a crack in the backboard during the roof repair, an employee of the company looked for a used one for me. He found one and even fastened it to the roof for me! Thanks for a job well-done!

I had three quotes, all were about the same cost. My son told me everyone raves about BRH. I called them and they came out the next day. Andy saw hail and wind damage. No one else saw or mentioned this damage. Andy met my insurance adjustor at my house and negotiated a $25,000 settlement for roof and siding work. As far as I'm concerned BRH is $25,000 lower cost than any of the other three that quoted my house. The work was timely, quality and the workers are professional. I highly recommend BRH!

Sorry - this is long review. We had a lot of hail damages in our area - we got hit with hail on two different occasions within a few weeks. I had someone stop by from BRH asking if I was interested in them taking a look at my roof to see if there was any damage. I had not contacted them and quite frankly was skeptical - are these just a bunch of storm chasers that will get the money from my insurance company and then do shoddy work. I did some research on them and everything looked good. So I thought, let's do it - Bryce (owner from BRH) met with the insurance adjuster and they inspected the roof together. This is when BRH (Bryce) really shined in my opinion. Bryce was not pushy or vocal with the adjuster. They just worked together - granted the damage was pretty apparent. The adjustor actually found some damaged siding that BRH repaired. At this time, I had not committed to anything with BRH (Bryce was not pushy to me either). I talked with the adjuster later to ask about BRH and his impression of Bryce - he had not heard anything negative about BRH and thought Bryce was excellent. So I signed up, it took my adjuster/insurance company some time to get everything to me. I worked directly with Bryce and later with Laurie in the office. Laurie and I had to work with insurance on getting everything settled and she was very patient also. The crew got it all done within 1 day (I have a large roof and separate garage). They had a crew who finished up at a location close and called them over to help. The crew was top notch, they worked well - actually they were singing songs and having a great time working. I've had other roofing jobs done and they seemed to take a week. They cleaned up well and I found maybe one or two nails in the rocks but I really searched to even find those. Everyone was top notch. I was one of the first people in my area that actually signed up with BRH - several people followed suit and we all were very happy. I definitely would recommend them.

After receiving 5 quotes; I went with BRH to fix a leaking low pitched shingled roof, based on other customers' reviews. Bryce reccommended to go with a EPDM rubber roof; which they did in 1 day! The crew was great and I would reccommend this business to anyone. Big thumbs up! Next, I am going to have them replace my siding. :)

Bryce corrected all issues. Customer service is big in my book. Changing to 5 stars and hope we can do business again _______________ Knowledgeable about hail damage and the starting process was quick and painless. Work that was done seems to be done well. They started work days before scheduled, not a big deal but I asked for them to show up at 730 so I had time to move vehicles out of their way and I was gone for work which would eliminate another vehicle from the driveway. They showed up at 7 and had to scramble to move everything. Both roofs were done in a day, which was impressive. What wasn’t impressive was all the garbage they left behind. Picked up a full shopping bag full of the plastic tear offs the next day, half a coffee can of roofing nails (2 ended up in tires), and massive ruts in my yard from them trying to back their trailer up the driveway. Ruts were also left along the road after the gutters were installed. They didn’t replace one gutter extensions into the yard that was there previously, and 2 of the extensions they put in extend over a good past the edge of the pant bed into the yard. I asked if they could return to make them even with the bed end, but never got a response. In the end, it felt like “hurry up and get the job done to get paid.” A follow up call would have been nice. Some small tweaks and this would have been a 5 star all day long.

We had BRH do a roof inspection in late June and roof replacement in July. Andy and the BRH team was great to work with through the inspection and roof replacement process. Once all was approved by our insurance, the roof was in within a week! The roof turned out spectacular. Andy’s workers were very efficient and did an excellent job. We did end up having an issue with the shingle delivery company causing some damage to our property, but ultimately BRH made it right and worked through it with us to rectify the situation. The roof turned out great and we were happy BRH worked with us to resolve the situation we had that BRH directly did not cause.

One morning my husband and I woke up to a heavy rainfall and noticed that we had water pouring in our roof, above our laundry room. We had gotten the situation under control and discussed what to do. We had seen signs all over the city of Mayville for BRH, so we called, Bryce got back to us the same day and came over to assess the damages and go over our options. He also patched our roof so that a lot of the water would stop coming in. As we went through our options, we called the insurance company and Bryce was very helpful dealing with the call and all the needed information. He answered all the questions we had and did all of the insurance work for us. He by far has been one of the best people we have worked with since buying our home. His crew got our roof done in two days and it looks great. Bryce even stopped over to double check clean up and make sure all of the nails, screws and junk had been picked up so our pets had a safe area to be in. We look forward to working with him in the future.

I called BRH Enterprises when I ran into a bit of an emergency on my garage roof (I won't bore you with the details of the emergency). Bryce went into action and had a crew there later that same day to tear off my old roof and put on the new. They worked fast and hard and did a great job. They cleaned the area thoroughly making great efforts to clear my garage area and driveway of nails. I am very pleased with both Bryce and his crew.

Andy, Bryce and their crew helped us immensely when we were in an emergency situation. We had a huge hole in our roof thanks to a tree falling on the house. We needed a lot of repairs not only to the roof & gutters, but to the walls, floors, ceiling and painting. Andy helped us throughout the entire process from making recommendations to coordinating the crews & overseeing that the work was done well. He even helped us with the insurance adjusters! I highly recommend BRH Enterprises and will reach out to the team whenever we find ourselves in need of help. The service is great, the crew is friendly & they go above and beyond to help. Thank you BRH Enterprises for your support, kindness and help!

My roof issue was not insurance related, but needed to be replaced due to its age. The BRH truck was in the neighborhood and I took that opportunity to get an estimate, which I planned to use against other roof contractors that I had worked with in the past - I was a carpenter contactor for 35 years and had several contacts. However, Andy gave me a price that was extremely competitive and couldn't be matched. Not only was the price great, but I was extremely happy with the workmanship and the communication by all involved. Everything, including clean-up was done promptly, and in a neat and orderly fashion.

We are using them to replace our roof due to a hailstorm. Jayden was the new guy on the crew at BRH for our free estimate, he arrived right on time and got to work, he pointed out damage we didn't even know was there. He informed us how the process works and was very knowledgeable. The second BRH employee we had an appointment with was Lon for the construction agreement. He arrived on time, answered all our questions and was very professional. I would definitely recommend BRH to family and friends.

Y'ALL. WHEN I TELL YOU THEY FIGHT FOR YOU, I MEAN IT. They went BACK AND FORTH ALLLLL SUMMER LAST YEAR with my insurance to get my roof covered. They shared their frustrations with me and as painful as it was for them to deal with it, they didn't give up. They made it as painless as possible on their end, worked all day and into the night, had such a nice crew, and the communication is too notch. Thanks to Edward and Anthony for all their dealings with me (especially when I was pregnant and maybe a smidge nuts in the hot summer). Abso-LUTELY will be recommending them to everybody and their mothers.

What started out as just an agreement to clean our 14 windows because of the fair price, also turned into pressure wash and stain our stamped patio and laying mulch. High quality on all jobs and fair pricing. Owner stopped by both days to review the work and have the team repressure wash just to make sure they did all they could in areas of question. Would recommend if you have concrete needing wash/seal, windows to clean, or mulch to lay down. We will be using them again when it is time to do the patios again.

Phil gave me an estimate I could live with. My garage roof had large holes that I tarped to keep snow out. The house roof was old metal and was damaged from high winds and a large tree. The crew worked fast and clean removing the old roof and installing a new metal one. They also removed the chimney that was no longer used and leaking. The only surprise I had was the ceader shake that I didn't know was there. I highly recommend them.
